The Mobibooth Gallery is configured for the Canon EOS R100 mirrorless with 18–55mm lens chosen specifically for its ability to produce sharp, frame-worthy images in a controlled lighting environment. Accurate skin tones. Clean detail. The kind of print that gets put in a frame, not a drawer.
Units are pre-configured for the EOS R100 regardless of which option you choose, so if you supply your own compatible camera, the dummy battery power and communication cable routing is already in place.

How long does it take to assemble?
Less than 5 minutes. Everything is prewired and designed for fast setup.

What other camera models can it support?
The EDGE photo booth supports Canon mirrorless and DSLR cameras, including models like the Canon EOS M50 and R-series with EF or RF lenses. Sony and Nikon options may work if your app supports them, and you have the right mounts and power routing.
The EDGE can be configured for the R100 or M50 from the factory. This provides the required DC power (dummy battery) and communication cable.
Other camera models are compatible, but you will need to source the correct dummy battery and communication cable separately. The camera lens opening is 3.5-inches wide.
How do you attach the umbrella mount?
Remove the bounce card from the flash head. Then bolt the umbrella mount in place. Once installed attach your strobe and umbrella.
How do you set up the sharing screen?
Open the rear access door and insert your iPad (10.9″ or 11″) into the mounted rear display area. Install your app’s sharing app on the device. Apps such as Snappic, Curator Live and LumaBooth all have sharing options.
How do you control the sound?
The optional speaker is managed via Bluetooth from your iPad. You can adjust volume through iOS or physically pressing the volume buttons.
How loud is the optional speaker?
The built-in speaker is strong enough for a standard event booth space. The speaker is capable of producing 88 dB SPL @ 1 meter. Learn more about the Marshall Willen II.
If the strobes break, are they replaceable? Are they covered by the one-year warranty?
Yes, the strobes are replaceable. They are covered under our one-year limited warranty for any manufacturing defects. Damage from misuse or accidents is not covered.
What is the difference between the shared baseplate and individual baseplates?
The shared baseplate connects both the photo kiosk and printer stand with a single base, creating a sleek, unified look. It reduces the overall footprint and simplifies placement at events.
Individual baseplates keep the kiosk and printer stand separate, giving you more flexibility in layout if space or setup needs vary.
