How to Install the Portrait Camera Bracket

This guide will walk you through installing the portrait camera bracket in your Mobibooth Aura M photo kiosk. To get started you will need the following:

• Aura M head
• Portrait Camera Bracket
• 5/32 Allen-Key

In this guide, a Canon M50 is shown. The steps are the same for the Canon R100.

Step 1 #

Remove the camera cover on the rear of your Aura M head to expose the camera bracket.

Step 2 #

Remove the two (2) bolts holding the landscape camera bracket in place. Set the bracket to the side.

Step 3 #

Locate the portrait camera bracket and remove it from the plastic bag.

Step 4 #

Place the portrait camera bracket in place lining up the holes with the adjustment slots.

Step 5 #

Install the two (2) bolts holding the bracket in place. Do not tighten the bolts all the way to allow for vertical adjustment with the camera installed.

Step 6 #

Install the camera on the portrait bracket. Adjust the bracket as needed to allow for the camera with Zoomer to align with the camera lens hole. Once aligned tighten both bolts fully.

Tip: For Canon R100 cameras install the battery and close the battery door before installing the camera into the unit.

Step 7 #

Make final connections to the camera for power and communication. The photo below shows the Canon M50 installed in the Aura M.
