We ask that our international customers make their own arrangements for shipping. International Parcel Service (https://ipsparcel.com) offers international shipping services using UPS and FedEx at a discounted rate due to their shipping volume. Do not choose the air cargo option as it only insures a shipment for $300 and it takes quite a bit of time to get your order. If you would rather use another shipping company, you are free to do that but please let us know who you will be using.

Be certain to insure for your purchase price as this will be the same value that is placed on the Commercial Invoice that is generated when you fill out the information on the shipping form. If it is not the same as your order, we will contact you to cancel the shipment and make the correction. For the Aura description put: “Photo booth kiosk, aluminum cabinet with lighting for use with an iPad which is not included”. Customs needs this information.
Once you have paid for the shipping, IPS Parcel will make a small charge to your credit card. They will send an email requesting you confirm the amount of the charge on your credit card. Once that has been confirmed they will release the shipping labels to us and we will ship your order.
You will be responsible for any customs, duty, tax and/or broker’s fees in your country.
We will email you with the tracking number when your order has shipped. It will be your responsibility to track the shipment and work with the shipper and customs to clear your shipment. If your order does not clear customs and is returned to us, you will be responsible for any return shipping costs.
