Shipping Policy

Purpose and Scope

This policy sets out the terms regarding shipping liability for products ordered from Mobibooth. It applies to all orders placed with Mobibooth and shipped through a third-party shipping company, including but not limited to, UPS, FedEx, etc.

Policy Statement

While Mobibooth is committed to ensuring customer satisfaction and timely delivery of products, it is important for customers to understand that once a package is handed off to a third-party shipping company, Mobibooth has no control over the actual delivery date. Therefore, Mobibooth cannot be held liable for the failure of these third-party shipping companies to meet an expedited shipping delivery date.

Limitation of Liability

Upon confirmation of the package's handoff to the shipping company, the responsibility for delivery timelines, including expedited shipping, rests entirely with the shipping company. Mobibooth does not accept liability for any loss, damage, cost, or expense related to delays in shipment or delivery.

Disputes and Claims

Any disputes or claims related to delayed delivery, including expedited shipping delays, must be directed to and resolved with the relevant third-party shipping company.

Customer Responsibility

Customers are encouraged to track their packages using the tracking information provided and to communicate directly with the shipping company for any issues related to the delivery date.

Standard Shipping (Continental United States)

Products that are out of stock and on backorder will vary in length. Contact us before placing your order if you have any questions or concerns regarding the shipping timeframe for an out-of-stock product.

For Standard shipping (of in-stock items) please allow 2-5 business days from the date the package was shipped. Your package will take 3-5 business days to process and ship.

International Shipping

We ask that our international customers make their own arrangements for shipping.   International Parcel Service (ipsparcel.com/ ) and MyUS (www.myus.com) offer international shipping services or you can choose anyone you wish.

A member of our team will work with you to get you the proper dimensions and weight for your purchase.

The customer is responsible for any customs, duty, tax, and/or broker's fees in your country.

PO Boxes

Packages cannot be sent to PO Boxes a business or residential address must be provided.

Carriers

Packages shipped using UPS ground are delivered Monday - Saturday (excluding Holidays). You can track your package at www.ups.com/track to acquire an estimated delivery day.

Packages shipped using FedEx are delivered Monday - Friday (excluding Holidays).  Packages may occasionally be delivered on a Saturday, but this is not guaranteed.  You can track your package at www.fedex.com/en-us/tracking.html for your estimated delivery day.

Freight Shipments

Products shipped using over-the-road freight are delivered Monday - Friday (excluding Holidays). Before shipment, our team will confirm residential or business delivery and whether a liftgate is required.

Signature Required

We require a signature for all packages. Please plan to be available on the day your product is scheduled to be delivered. If you cannot be present, please contact the carrier to have them hold it for you.

Return to Sender

In the event that you are not present for the delivery attempts made by the carrier, your product will be returned to our facility. You will be responsible for both the fees incurred during this return and the fees related to sending the product to you a second time. These fees must be paid before we will send the product back to you.

Policy Review 

This policy may be reviewed and updated from time to time at the sole discretion of Mobibooth.
